After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five dead bodies among the illegal cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests an international drug cartel agent from Los Angeles (Brian Le) and has him go undercover in Bangkok. the criminal underworld.
