Prolific occultist and whiskey expert Reverend Conte accompanies a motley crew of military rejects to a remote South Pacific island to investigate the disappearance of marines stationed there in 1944, rumored to be in the hands of the Imperial Japanese Army. After talking to the islanders, they soon learn that the marines were actually massacred by a group of lycanthropes, known to most as werewolves.
