After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five bodies among the illegal cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests and impersonates a Los Angeles-based international drug cartel agent (Brian Le) in order to penetrate deep into Bangkok’s criminal underworld.
